Yes, files with other information are fine as long as the emails are all in the same column and are not in more than one column. When we provide you with the results, that extra information will remain intact.
The amount of time it takes to process a file depends on many different factors such as list size and domain make-up of the list. A cleansing can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. If you are concerned about the status of your file, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to check on it for you!
Upon completion, our complimentary evaluation will provide you with a free copy of your List Profile Report, which is a pdf document summarizing the results of our findings pertaining to the data that you submitted for the cleansing. This report has an extensive line item breakdown of our 240 real-time scans as well as export specifications and usage guidance, and is a great way to get a preview of what the results will look like before you decide on a credits package and set up an account.
Our system will send you an email when the file is complete, letting you know that the results are available for download.
