Authentication & FTP Settings

Place files within the \ToBeCleaned\ folder to begin cleansing process and results will be placed with a folder named \Cleaned\.

Note: Only attempt to only upload delimited (tab, pipe or comma) files with extensions like txt, csv, xls, xlsx, zip, or rar. All other file extensions not listed will not be processed. You may upload a file containing as many fields of information as you wish, yet we require, at a minimum, the email address when scanning the files.

Processing Notifications

Once a file has been successfully uploaded, processing begins automatically.

If a file cannot be processed—for example, because no valid email address field is detected, the file format is unsupported, or another processing error occurs—a notification describing the issue will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Upon successful completion, a File Processing Completed email will be sent confirming that your results are available for retrieval.

If you do not receive an error notification, you can assume your file has been accepted for processing and will continue through the normal workflow until the completion notification is received.
