White-Label Services Program

Program Purpose

The Impressionwise White-Label Services Program enables approved partners to resell Email Verification and Threat Removal services under their own brand. The program is designed to help partners deliver high-quality, deliverability-focused solutions to their customers while leveraging Impressionwise’s proprietary verification and threat removal technology.

The program is limited exclusively to Email Verification and Threat Removal services. No additional products or services are included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Core Services

Partners gain access to Impressionwise’s advanced email verification platform, which includes:

• Multi-layered email address validation
• Identification and removal of deliverability threats
• Protection against harmful or low-quality addresses
• Reporting and verification analytics
• Real-time and bulk API integration options

These services are designed to improve inbox placement, protect sender reputation, and reduce email risk.

White-Label Model

Partners may market and sell the services entirely under their own brand:

• No Impressionwise branding is required
• Partner maintains the end-customer relationship
• Impressionwise operates behind the scenes as the technology provider

Disclosure of Impressionwise as the underlying provider is not required unless specifically approved.

Service Levels & Support

Service performance, availability, and support response times are governed by Impressionwise’s published Service Level Agreement (SLA). This ensures consistent uptime, reliability, and support standards across all partner integrations.

Pricing & Billing

Partners are billed based on usage under a flexible commercial model, which may include:

• Credit-based or usage-based pricing
• Wholesale rates or revenue-share structures
• Usage reporting for transparent billing

Specific pricing and payment terms are defined in the partner agreement.

Data Security & Compliance

Impressionwise maintains industry-standard security safeguards to protect all data processed through the platform. Both Impressionwise and its partners are expected to comply with applicable data protection, privacy, and email compliance regulations.

To protect platform integrity, verification results and related analytics are not stored or retained outside of Impressionwise’s authorized systems unless explicitly permitted.

Intellectual Property Protection

Impressionwise retains ownership of all underlying technology. This includes, without limitation, all software, algorithms, models, tools, methodologies, documentation, and trade secrets used to provide the Core Services. Partners are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Core Services solely for white-label resale. This structure ensures service consistency, innovation, and long-term platform stability.

Term & Legal Framework

White-label agreement includes:

• An initial one-year term with automatic renewal
• Termination rights for material breach
• Florida governing law and dispute resolution

Standard commercial protections ensure a stable and predictable partnership.

Governing Terms for Core Services

All Email Verification and Threat Removal services provided by Impressionwise, including without limitation all Core Services, features, functionality, service levels, security measures, data handling practices, and related deliverables (collectively, the “Core Services”), are governed exclusively by Impressionwise’s then-current Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as made available at https://www.impressionwise.com.

Partner acknowledges and agrees that the Impressionwise Policies control the provision, operation, and use of the Core Services, including data processing, service limitations, disclaimers, and compliance obligations. No modification, exclusion, or deviation from the Impressionwise Policies shall apply unless expressly agreed to in a written amendment executed by authorized representatives of both Parties.

Summary

The Impressionwise White-Label Services Program offers partners a scalable, secure, and brand-flexible way to deliver best-in-class Email Verification and Threat Removal services - without the cost or complexity of building the technology themselves.
